For Creators (Platform Customers): You pay us to use the platform. These terms govern our relationship.
For Students: You're buying from creators, not us. We just provide the technology. Your relationship is with the creator.
You must be 18+ to use this platform. By using it, you confirm you're of legal age.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. We don't guarantee uptime, features, or that anything will work perfectly. Use at your own risk.
Any case studies, testimonials, or examples shown are illustrative only. Individual results vary. We provide the platform and tools, but success depends on many factors outside our control. We don't guarantee any specific outcomes or earnings.
Creators: You own your content. You give us permission to host and display it.
Students: You get access, not ownership. Don't share or resell.
For Students: Creators are independent businesses. We're not responsible for their content, promises, or refund policies. Any disputes are between you and the creator.
For Creators: You're responsible for your own content, taxes, customer relationships, and compliance with laws in countries where you sell. You're the data controller for your students' data.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES. This includes lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or any indirect damages. We're not responsible for anything that happens as a result of using our service.
You'll defend and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.
Platform Fees: Monthly platform fees are non-refundable. Pricing and affiliate structures are subject to change at any time.
Purchases: Each creator sets their own refund policy.
We can change these terms, prices, features, or affiliate programs anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts for violations or any reason. Access may be affected if a creator's account is terminated.
We can assign or transfer these terms, our rights, and all information we collect (including but not limited to accounts, contacts, newsletter subscribers, and trial users) to anyone (including in a sale, merger, or acquisition). You can't transfer your account or rights without our written permission.
Don't use the platform for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or to violate others' rights. We can ban you for misuse.
Any disputes with us will be resolved through arbitration, not courts. No class actions. These terms are governed by Delaware law.
Course Catalyst is a B2B platform for professional creators and businesses. While we continuously work to improve our platform, we're optimized for standard web browsers and modern devices. We may not provide a fully accessible experience for all assistive technologies, and we're not liable if some users can't fully use all features.
We collect your email, name, payment info (via Stripe), usage data, and use standard web technologies like cookies.
Course creators see your name, email, and course activity. We use third-party services (Stripe, email providers, hosting) that have their own data practices. We may transfer data if we sell or merge the business.
⚠️ Important: Course creators are independent. They might have their own privacy policies and marketing practices. We don't control what they do with your data.
If someone is using your copyrighted content without permission, email us with the URL and proof of ownership. We'll remove it when properly notified and verified.
We're protected by DMCA safe harbor. We're not responsible for what users upload. We'll remove infringing content when properly notified and verified.
