Delete your Course Catalyst account

Course Catalyst is the app, and Course Catalyst is the developer. This page deletes the app identity you use to access course sites. It does not delete records controlled by those sites. You do not need the app installed to use this page.

What this deletes

  • Your Course Catalyst app account and the sign-in code that goes with it.
  • Every push-notification registration for your devices.

What this keeps

  • Course-site records. Each course site controls its own Student, enrollment, lesson progress, payment, subscription, certificate, email history, and related records independently from the app. Deleting the app account does not change those records, regardless of how you enrolled or whether you paid. After you confirm, we name every site you can currently access so you can contact it directly.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Any device still signed in to the app is signed out the moment it finishes. If you want a site to remove the record it keeps, contact that site directly.
